What types of therapy do you use?
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and trauma-focused therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes, I provide teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience of online treatment or who are out of state. I provide teletherapy to all PsyPact eligible states.
How long does therapy usually take?
The length of therapy varies depending on individual needs, but many clients see significant improvement within 12 to 20 sessions.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, but I can provide documentation for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
