Approach

Evidence-Based, Compassionate, and Integrative

My therapeutic approach is rooted in research-backed methods that have been proven effective for OCD, anxiety, and PTSD. I primarily use gold-standard Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and trauma-focused interventions such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE). However, I also believe that true healing extends beyond symptom reduction. That’s why I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients cultivate psychological flexibility, allowing them to move toward their values rather than being controlled by fear.

In addition to structured interventions, I emphasize the power of the therapeutic relationship as a key factor in healing. Through interpersonal processing, we explore relational patterns that may be influencing your mental health. I also draw from Schema Therapy to uncover and challenge deep-seated beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. By combining these approaches, I create a personalized therapy experience that is both evidence-based and deeply attuned to your unique needs. Together, we will work toward reducing distressing symptoms, building resilience, and creating a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your values.
