Approach

Evidence-Based, Compassionate, and Integrative

At Integrative Therapy Center our therapeutic approach is rooted in research-backed methods that have been proven effective for OCD, anxiety, and PTSD. We primarily use gold-standard Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and trauma-focused interventions such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE). However, we also know that true healing extends beyond symptom reduction. That’s why we integrate a variety of tools including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Interpersonal Process Therapy (IPT) to help you cultivate psychological flexibility and healthy relationships allowing them to move toward their values and who and what means the most to you rather than being controlled by fear.

In addition to structured interventions, we also emphasize the power of the therapeutic relationship as a key factor in healing. Through the interpersonal process, we explore relational patterns that may be influencing your mental health. Additionally, drawing from Schema Therapy allows us to uncover and challenge deep-seated beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. By combining these approaches, we create a personalized therapy experience that is both evidence-based and deeply attuned to your unique needs. Together, we will work toward reducing distressing symptoms, building resilience, and creating a meaningful life.
